Returns Policy

At B.J. Spiegelhalter & Son, we are committed to providing high-quality jewellery and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns options:

Exchanges & Credit Notes

Items returned in their original condition within 30 days of purchase can be exchanged for an alternative item or a credit note to the value of the original purchase. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be redeemed in-store.

Faulty Items

If an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or repair. Please notify us of any faults as soon as possible and provide proof of purchase.

Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty. Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
